A brief introduction…

My name is Kelsey Toney, which you know if you’ve typed the URL correctly, so thank you for stopping by. You might remember this site used to be a music site, for this incredibly kick-ass singer… and you’re right… it used to.

Now it is me, just plain me.

Yea, I used to be a “singer”, yes I recorded and performed, and I thought I’d make it to the bigtime.

Now, I realize that the “bigtime” is not static. I am a high school teacher, and I am in grad school studying some of the most amazing young people on this planet. I am a wife, and a home owner. I am creative, gregarious, and slightly emotional. But none of that means that I can’t be or do something else.

That being said, you may occasionally see music posted here, might hear a song, or read some lyrics. However, I am done boxing myself into a corner, and this site will now be lots of things to me, hopefully to you too.
