Well, tonight, thanks in GREAT part to Christina Warren I have revamped my site! All that is left to do, is to change my former “images” page, to something new… I think I’ll use it to post information related to effectively teaching students with behavioral or emotional difficulties. ANYWAY…
Today marks day 1/30 of 30 days of change for me.
1. I am going to write a blog post everyday… (even if it is miniscule, it will be written)
2. I started the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout plan tonight… and that is on like donkey kong
3. I am going to be mindful and careful with my eating habits, and take care of my body… cause, lets face it, I’m not a kid anymore.
You’ll be seeing much more of me in the coming days. Brace yourself… (and subscribe!)

I’ll be interested in seeing how Jillian’s Workout Shred is working for you. I want to get back into shape (most people think I’m in shape now, but I want to be like hardcore toned again) and that might be a good thing to try out.

Yay! Welcome back to blogland! I’m impressed that you’re doing the 30day shred, because that is TOUGH! I got about 10 days in before curling into a fetal position and crying from the pain.
