Well, I did it!!! :D

I worked out every day for 30 days. :)

I’m really proud of myself, and I’m really glad that I’ve managed to kick start a fitness regime! It’s about time!

I think the schedule I’m going to adopt for the future is something like 5 days a week. I need to be able to take a couple of days off if I want. The pressure of doing it everyday stressed me out. I think that by alleviating some of that stress, I’ll be able to keep building a positive association with working out. Of course it helps that I love the shred so much. I’ll continue doing it for sure. It was the best $10 I’ve spent in a long time. :)

YAY me. :D
