Well! Here it is! I’m ready to do my first giveaway…
I’ve been thinking about the fact that they aren’t strictly speaking, related to healthy living. Then I realized that handling the holidays, being around family, and managing stress and activities is TOTALLY related to mental well being (which is certainly connected to my willingness to manage my physical self!)

I would actually use the printing for photo thank you cards for my clients. I had some done a couple years ago and people seem to really like them, but they desperately need a design overhaul since I’ve done so much new stuff since I got them printed.
