		<description>Way to go - I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll rock the half. I&#039;m training for a 10K right now, and its so not to bail some days. But I&#039;ve only been at it for 2 weeks and I feel 100% better... so keep thinking positive - you&#039;ll do it!</description>
