30 DAYS!!!
(30/30)
Well, I did it!!!
I worked out every day for 30 days.
I’m really proud of myself, and I’m really glad that I’ve managed to kick start a fitness regime! It’s about time!
I think the schedule I’m going to adopt for the future is something like 5 days a week. I need to be able to take a couple of days off if I want. The pressure of doing it everyday stressed me out. I think that by alleviating some of that stress, I’ll be able to keep building a positive association with working out. Of course it helps that I love the shred so much. I’ll continue doing it for sure. It was the best $10 I’ve spent in a long time.
YAY me.
Thanks for all the support, everyone.

Tore it up! :D
(25/30)
Today, I came home and worked out SO hard!! It felt great… it is a really cool feeling to feel… stronger.
I just measured, and I’ve lost a total of 6.75 inches since starting the shred! Its crazy to me that this one, random thing has had such an impact on me.
ummm, what else? I work in the best school ever. We’re putting on the most adorable christmas play ever, and my friend, Erin is making magic out of CRAZY middle school kids. Its an adorable show, and today was the premier (really just a during school run through for the kids) but tomorrow is opening. I’ll unfortunately miss due to an exam, but… thankfully Jess will be there to put out that fire…

Alicante, here I come…
(24/30)
So… I mentioned previously that I had submitted a proposal to speak at the International Association of Special Education (IASE) conference in Alicante, Spain this summer…
Well, I got word today that my proposal was accepted… and I’ll be speaking during a regular session at the conference.
I’ll be speaking about a program that I’ve developed that is meant to help schools implement more effective classrooms for students with emotional/behavioral disorders.
Now, that doesn’t mean that the conference is paid for… I’ve still got a pretty large chunk of change to accumulate by July, but I know it will work out… cause it has to… cause I’m going to spain.
On a related and equallly exciting note, this means I’ll finally be able to hug the neck of my lola (my best friend in Madrid)… which is currently comprising about 50% of my exuberance.
Good night.
